CARE PACKAGE PROGRAM
The Care Package Program was created to help individuals and families with cystinosis during trying times. We will send a personalized package with supportive materials based on your point in the cystinosis journey. We are currently sending packages focused on: newly diagnosed, kidney transplant/dialysis, wellness kit, and end stage/bereavement (loss of a loved one with cystinosis). To sign up for a complimentary package, complete the form below. **Shipping to the U.S. and Canada. Once received, please allow 24 months before reapplying.
